Build the future of dealership AI
JOEY automates the repetitive work that keeps car salespeople from closing deals. We are a small, fast team and every person here owns a real piece of the product. Come build something salespeople actually use, every single day.
Our Mission
We exist to make the average car salesperson the top performer at their store
The car sales floor has not changed in 30 years. A normal rep makes 40 calls, 20 texts, and 20 emails a day, and misses half the leads that come in because they are physically busy with another customer. JOEY changes that.
We build AI that handles the outreach, follow-up, and first contact so the salesperson can be present in the showroom while JOEY works the pipeline in the background. Our customer is not the dealer. It is the individual rep who wants to win.
That focus shapes everything: the product, the pricing, the copy, and who we hire. If you are excited by a customer who measures results in leads touched and commissions earned, you will fit here.
How We Operate
Culture and values
Four principles that show up in every standup, every PR, and every customer call.
Remote-first
We have no office. The whole team works from wherever they do their best work. Overlap hours exist; rigid schedules do not.
Ship daily
We push production code every session. Work lands in front of customers the same day it is written. If you need three approval gates to ship a button, you will hate it here.
Customer-obsessed
Our customer is the individual car salesperson who wants to be the top 1% performer. Every decision gets filtered through: does this make that person more money?
AI-native
We do not bolt AI on top of existing workflows. AI is the product. Orchestration, multi-agent delegation, and inference cost awareness are first-class engineering concerns here.
Why JOEY
Real ownership on a product that ships
We do not have 14 layers of product review. If you build it and tests pass, it goes to production today. You will see your changes in front of customers the same day you write them, and you will hear about results the next morning.
This is an early-stage company. That means the problems are genuinely hard, the roadmap is not locked in stone, and the people who show up early will own a meaningful share of what gets built.
- Direct line to the founder, not a ticket queue
- Customers who measure results in dollars and closed deals
- Codebase that is production-grade, not demo-ware
- Clear path from contributor to lead as the team scales
- AI that is actually deployed, not stuck in a proof-of-concept
