Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

JOEY does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not sell or share the contact data of the customers a salesperson or dealership brings into JOEY. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still submit a request below and we will treat it as an instruction not to sell or share your information.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding the personal information we hold about you:

Right to know / access. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
Right to delete. Request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
Right to correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing. Direct us not to sell or share your personal information (we already do neither).
Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights.

How to Submit a Request

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@getjoey.app with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us which right you want to exercise. You may also write to us at the mailing address below. We will acknowledge your request and respond within the time the applicable law requires.

To protect your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request, such as confirming the email address on your account. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

Categories of Information We Collect

The categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for collecting it, and how we use and disclose it are described in our Privacy Policy. In short, we collect account information, personalization settings, the customer and lead data you choose to connect, usage and technical data, and payment information processed by our payment provider.
