How it works
Intake
You walk the developer through a normal day. The CRM you live in, the store rules nobody wrote down, the steps you repeat, the parts of JOEY you fight with.
Build
The developer changes JOEY for your case. Some of it is configuration and some of it is code, and they tell you which one your request is before starting.
Launch
You run your build on your own account. You say what is wrong, the developer changes it, and that loop stays open.
The line
After launch you keep the emergency number. It reaches a person, not a form.

- What does it cost on top of the plan?
- Nothing. The program is part of Pro Beast and of every plan above it.
- What can the developer change?
- How JOEY reads your CRM, the order it works your leads, what it writes, what it refuses to do, and the screens you look at. Some of that is configuration and some of it is code, and the developer tells you which one your request is before starting.
- Is this a one time build?
- No. Your store changes, and the developer keeps changing JOEY with it for as long as you are on the plan.
- What counts as an emergency?
- JOEY not doing its job when you need it. Sends stopped, the dialer will not run, a credential lapsed in the middle of a shift. Call the line and a person takes it.
- Do I get the whole Concierge plan?
- No. You get overflow lead handling, after-hours and days-off coverage, and follow-up done in your name. Deliveries and the rest of the on-site work belong to Concierge.
